Marijane Euchner - Guitar/Piano Teacher
Marijane Euchner is a teacher of beginning students in guitar and piano. Piano students are taught to read music. Marijane has played professionally in a band and enjoys the blues and rock-n-roll. Jim Jacobmeyer is the President of our organization as well as a retired and respected art teacher in the Eastern Iowa community. Jim stays active with the sanctuary, photography and painting.

Studio Rental Space
We have studio space for resident artists to rent and be a full member of our co-operative.
The pricing is as follows:
- 10'X12' - $240 per month
- 12'X16' - $384 per month
The pricing is set at $2 sq/ft plus shared utilities. Includes a complementary annual membership, 24/7 access to studios, sales representation in our gallery, secure storage, and a commons area for meetings, classes and workshops. Spaces can be configured to meet your needs
